I grew up in Gold Beach, OR and I started playing golf when I was 14 years old at Cedar Bend Golf Course. My love for the game grew quickly.
In 2015 I moved to Edinburg, Texas to play Golf for University of Texas-Rio Grande Valley, where I was able to follow my dream of becoming a teacher. After receiving my Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education and my Masters Degree in Special education, I decided I wasn’t quite ready to leave college athletics quite yet.
In 2018 I became the assistant coach at UC Davis, where my love for teaching the game of golf began. For the past two and a half years I have taught golf as a PGA Associate for Southern Oregon Golf Academy where I was a Co-site Director for LPGA Girls Golf and discovered my passion for teaching all ages and abilities.
I am excited to begin a new chapter in my life as I move onto the West Coast Golf Academy family and will take my coaching to a higher level. I look forward to helping you love golf as much as I do!
